Whats is built in type method?
I want a detailed explanation or if possible plz provide the link for any article on master data creation in r/3.

When creating table on the tab Fileds you can either
1. Stay with Data element - i.e. refer to existing data element (for example MATNR)
2. Or choose Predefined type - i.e. define data type and lenght for your field directly

built-in type method means.,
there is no need to create data element and domain objects seperately for each and every field of the table which ever you are creating, system will implicitly fix the size based on the data type you selected....
