i m looking for this java version j2sdk-1_4_2_23-windows-i586-p, to instal the netweaver 7.01 EP on win 2008 plz provice the free url to download this..

Although Sun java 1.4. is no longer in maintenance, there is a special treaty between SAP and SUN and there is a download page solely for SAP customers:

Hi ,

Check SAP Note 941595 for Java support file for SAPINST. Also path mentioned by Srikishan is mentioned in this note.

I hope you may need j2sdkfb-1_4_2_23-windows-amd64.exe for PI 7.1 as SAPINST stoped supporting 32bit installation and your requested Java is 32-bit version. Only useful if your doing dialogue instance installation.

I suggest to go for above / latest version of J2SDK file instead of the one requested by you.
