How can we maintain entries if "Display/Maintenance allowed with restrictions" option is selected

If the above option is selected, i am aware that we cannot maintain entries using SM30. Could you please let me know, how this option works?

Check online documentation for Data Browser/Table View Maintenance. (Your dialog maintenance purpose is only 'display', so use a cluster or FM VIEW_MAINTENANCE_CALL.)

Better select Display/Maintenance allowed and manage authorization objects. (S_TABU_DIS, S_TABU_LIN, etc.)
