We have a user who is able to run reports in Infoview but when attempting to export as Excel data only, receives error "The viewer was unable to process the request". I found a couple of references to similar issues in this and another forum, but their problem seemed related to time outs from the report returning large number of records or taking a long time to process.
Our report only takes a few minutes to run and returns about 2000 records. I am able to run the report and export successfully.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
