Solved: Crystal Reports crashing when tries to run

My coworker is trying to run his crystal report

he said he's using version R2 and the top error message said something like

Crystal Reports stopped working.

also, the error details are below.

Does anyone have information about this error? thanks

Hello,

To get to SP 6 first you have to install SP 4 5 and 6 incrementals.

It is easier if you uninstall CR and then install the full build of SP4 and then apply SP5 and SP 6, 5 and 6 are incremental builds only.

Run License Manager first to get the keycode if you don't have it on paper somewhere.
