Hi all:
When i run MRP it generate many DepReqs and 5 SchLnes in Mar 14, Every SchLne have Rescheduling date(xxxx) and Exception 30. But after Mar 14 it generate single SchLne in one day without Rescheduling date and Exception.
Why system generate 5 SchLne in one day with Rescheduling date and Exception 30?
How to resolve this issue and let system generate SchLne in Rescheduling date?
Thanks

That means system is combined the previous requirement( you can see the previous reqmt date as Rescheduling date) and rescheduled to current date

King,
Most common reason for this is that there is not enough time to build/buy your components, to support your higher level orders, based on the master data you have entered. Your components are going to arrive too late.
Most common solution is to push out (farther into the future) the dates of the higher level orders that are generating the dependent requirements.

King,
When I speak of master data, I am talking about the master data that affects planning. Major master data for planned orders is the Material Master (both of the parent part and of the component part). You can review this is MM03 tab MRP1/2/3/4. The second piece of master data that affects MRP is the Bill of Materials. You can review this master data in CS03. Depending on how MRP runs, the third piece of master data that may affect Planned order dates is the Routing. You can review the routing in CA03.
There is more master data that can have an impact, but I suspect that the above 3 elements are combining to cause the situation that you are experiencing. The situation you describe does not necessarily describe an error. It just may be a planning situation that needs a planner's attention. Rescheduling messages are a common occurrence.
It is beyond the scope of this forum to conduct basic planning training. The SAP online help on MRP in general, and rescheduling dates in particular, may clarify some of these issues.
