RAR 5.3: Delete/archive old analysis data ?

Hello all,

we are running a DEV/QAS installation of SAP GRC AC 5.3 SP13 in order to test any changes or new SP's before changing anything in the PRD-installation.

We are running RAR incremental and full batch analysis on a regular basis. This usually creates about 3-5GB of data per month in the DB. We have now noticed that during one month RAR created 35GB of data in the DB (especially in table VIRSA_CC_PRMVL)! but we did not have a unusual high number of vioaltions or anything.

Because we just need this installation for testing we also don't need to keep that analysis data.

Is there any way to get rid of old analysis data in order to reduce the size of the database ?

I have only found the "Utilities -> Purge action usage" tool, but I'm not sure if that will accomplish what we need.

If there is no way to archive/delete old data using GRC tools I will have the admins just truncate that table and see if RAR still works 😊

Regards,

Benjamin
