What is the technology behind SAP Carbon Impact?

Dear SDN experts,

I am trying to research the technology behind SAP Carbon Impact solution package, but I find very limited information in SAP SDN and Service Marketplace.

I know that this solution was inherited from Clear Standard after the acquisition. What is the technology used to enable SAP Carbon Impact solution? Is this a ABAP based or CE/Java based solution? Where can I download the SAP Carbon Impact package for evaluation purpose? Where can i find any implementation guide for SAP CI?

I truly appreciate for any helpful information.
