Triggering Mail based on Value at accounting entry

Dear ,

We would like to trigger a mail when accounting document posting where the value exceeds to some target to the specific GL

To explain the above we have a expense GL accounts. Whenever accounting document is posted we would like to check the value and if it exceeds than the specified limit mail need to triggered.

Can I have any suggestion please

Standard is not possible discuss with the abapers and solve the issue as per requirement.
