KPI's stopped appearing on strategy tab

Hello

On the strategy tab, I created a goal diagram for each context, but when selecting the objective, do not display the KPI's associated with this, I tested each of the contexts and none of them shows the KPIs associated, ¿What problem may be occurring?, on the Diagram Manager I selected the display scorecard status and I have verified that the KPI's are associated with an objective.

Could it be some error has been generated in the SM database I'm using?

Platform:

SAP NW CE 7.1 EHP1 - Oracle 10.2.0.4

SAP SM 7.5 SP07

Any information you can give me will be highly appreciated.

Regards,

David

    Hi,

Do the KPI's appear on the scorecard? Do they show status in the scorecard?

You say "stopped" appearing. Does this mean the KPI's were appearing on the strategy tab previously?

Did you change anything in the PAS model like the LASTDATE doc or the LATEST date?

You could try going to SSM admin, configure scheduler and do a run once for calculate all scorecard objects and scorecard alerts and then check to see if that makes any change.

You may also want o logout of the browser and clear the IE cache and then try again to see if some page was cached.

    Thanks,

    Bill

      Hello,

Too be honest I don't remember where i got that data from.

To figure out the calculation for the gap Performance you should go to PAS and look at your model's measures in the List tab.

the Gap Performance is based on the "Trend Deviation" formula.

For example If I am looking at the fashions enterprises demo data and I am on the scorecard for 31 MAR 2006 and I am looking at the measure "Employee Efficiency" with the following data:

      Measures

      Actual 4,959

      Target 3,500

      Score 41.69

      Gap Performance 10.86

      Stable Gap Performance Range [10:-10]

In PAS I select all of the Employee efficiancy measures for 31 MAR 2006.

      Empl Eff-Actual 4,959

      Empl Eff-Target 3,500

      Empl Eff-Target Deviation 41.69

      Empl Eff-Trend 4,473

      Empl Eff-Trend deviation 10.86

You can see the Trend deviation value is the same as the gap performance value displayed in the scorecard.

In PAS when I select the Empl Eff-Trend deviation and right click to get the properties, I can see the formula used for the calculation.

      EFF_FTE_TRDDEV = (((Eff_FTE_Act-Eff_FTE_Trd) / Eff_FTE_Trd)*100)

      10.86=(((4959-4473)/4473)*100)

This is the formula for the Gap Performance.

      Thanks,

      Bill
