I am confused about link service ticket and service contract.
In SAP CRM 5.0, How to linked service ticket and service contract?
Can you guide me to linked service ticket and service contract.

HI,
You can maintian copy control between service contract and service order transactions. Then you can always create a follow up from contract as service order or use action profile to create service order from a contract.
Another way is that you assign a Oject Ref profile to the service order transaction in customizing and then while creatind a service order you can always a assign a Contract number to it.
All this data will be stored in table and can also be read using crm_order_read.
