change device status details

Hi ,

I can change the resource status in Change Equipment Status Activity.But where can I see the details like

1.At what time I changed the resource status

2.The reason I used.

3.The comments

Is there a report that gives this information.

I checked Resource Utilization reports, As built summary and some other reports.I didn't find this information.

While I am working on shop order and due to some reason I changed the resource status.Can I see these resouce status changes for that shop order or SFC in any report?
