Hi gurus,
I have the issue to do the Full Settlement CJ88. APC values are not transfered to other non posted depreciation areas (tax) during the full Project Settlement Transaction types 331 and 336.
There is not any issue with "Manual" Asset Capitalization (ABZON....) all depreciation areas are updated with APC value.
Rules for takeover value (AOBC) is defined.
Thank you for a help
Milada
Perhaps I am not understanding your question, but wouldn't you have to wait until Periodic Posting is processed for the APC values to appear on any Depreciation Areas other than 01 Book? Only the online depreciation area can immediately show?
Your 336 and 331's are the incoming settlement values to completed assets or other receivers, correct?
(336 would be current-year incurred charges, whereas 331 is prior-year incurred charges)
Regards

Yes exactly, only area 01 is upadated while I settle the AUC to Final Assets even the config is done for tax depreciation areas to take over the value from book one. Manual capitalization without the Project settlement is ok. I also tried to update the config for capitalization version but unsuccessfully. Only change I made was the change of the transfer date because I had to load new site. I closed the year 2010 changed the transfer date and loaded the new data. Thank you a lot for your support
Change transfer variant 5 to transfer method 4 (u201CGross method with transfer of values to dependent areasu201D), maybe you have 1 in your configuration ("Gross method without transfer of values to dependent areas")
Transfer Variant Path: Asset Accounting-> Transactions-> Intercompany Asset Transfers-> Automatic Intercompany Asset Transfers -> Define Transfer Variants
