how to delete budget wbse

hi all

for deleting one wbse i had did following process i had return the budget for that wbse through cj38 and i had tried to remove budget status by opsx i can't able to remove and now i can't able to delete also please give suggestion to remove budget status and delete that wbse

1. What is the current budget shown for the WBSE?

2. Are you using different currencies?

3. Do you have any user status configured which controls / is dependent on the business transactions related to Budgeting?

after return also current budget value is same in cj30 if i removed manually is shows negative value now i can't able to remove it manually

we are using only one currency

in project we did not using any user status

Ok.

The problem, I guess, is lying only with your return transaction.

Just check your Budget document number & cross check your entries.

If possible, give the details of what you did in CJ38.

in cj38 i had return the amount from that wbse ex 350000.

when i checked in the table entry it shows negative value for that wbse after return of budget

please give advise how to correct the return transaction for it

Hi,

To cancel the return & get back to your original situation, do supplement of the same value "350000"

then run report S_ALR_87013558 & cross check your budget statistics.

The available budget "XXX" is the only amount you can return from the WBSE.

Also, I believe either commitments or actual costs are already posted on the WBSE. Cross check.

for that wbse already commitments(po) is there and i had deleted that

when i had run this report the system shows all the value as zero but still i can't able to remove the budget status
