Business Objects - trigger event when LTAP entry created?

We require a business object trigger for

LTAK CREATED CHANGED DELETED

LTAP CREATED CHANGED DELETED

but these are not triggered when I run SWELS on transactions VL01N/VL02N and LT03.

The LIKP CREATED CHANGED DELETED does trigger and display in SWEL.

The triggering of the LTAK/LTAP events are crucial for the second part of our process. Any advice?
