See PO change version during approval from SC wizard

Hi Gurus,

A tricky one

We are implementing SRM 7 level 9 with ECS.

We have activated version control for POs.

When PO change is under approval, Purchasers can see latest PO change version when clicking on PO number.

But Requesters ( with Employee self-service role in the portal ) can only see the current version of the PO (version before change) when clicking on PO number in SC following document tab.

How can we make appear the latest version ( under approval ) of the PO in the SC because we need requesters to be able to immediately see PO change before PO is sent again to the vendor ( without having to compare versions)

Hi,

The PO change may be rejected. In that case, the latest PO version is not valid.

I would use Reviewer function for PO approval. SC requestor watch change version PO during approval.

Thanks for this workaround but Requester really need to see PO change version during approval.

If you set auto approval workflow for PO, requestor can see the latest change version.

Hello

The thing is that Requester amend POs from SC and we do have a PO change approval WF.

Requester need to see latest PO release during approval (like Purchasers do).
