Mapping of Fields between CRM and ECC

Hi Experts,

i am not a technical consultant, but I am looking for the mapping between the crm and ecc fields (for business partner). Is there a coding where i can see the mapping? I have the requirement to prove the correct mapping between a field in ECC and CRM.

Kind regards

Hannes

Hi

The business partner (customer) data once created is stored in diferent tables in both ECC and CRM. As there are lot of fields available which controls the various functionalities within the SALES ORDER, it is not possible to show all the values and mapping between each field in ECC and CRM.

Following tables will give you more idea in terms of fields and the values maintained for each field.

ECC Tables for Customers

KNA1

KNVV

KNVK - For Customer Contact Person

CRM Tables for Business Partner

BUT000

BUT020

BUT050

(You can search more table in SE16 transaction. Enter value as *BUT* and press F4 from your keyborad. You will see various tables starting from BUT, which are relevant for Business Partner Master Data)

Hope this will help

Regards

Hi DJ,

I am really aware of the tables where the data is stored in.

What I am interested in is when i replicate a BP from CRM to ECC, where is the mapping between the different fields defined?

I have the bdoc with the data and where can I find the mapping structure?

Thanks a lot and kind regards

Hello Hannes,

Using txn. SBDM you can see the root segment and child segment of the bdoc and the mapping.

However if that doesn't help, you'd need to see the mapper FM for BP which you can get from the table SMOFSUBTAB.

Thanks,

Rohit
