Print KM iviews

Hi Gurus,

I have created a KM Iview which displays a word document.

I am using EP 7.0 where it has iview property to enable print option.

But when I use it only prints the contents displayed in portal page area is getting printed.

I want to print the whole document.

Kindly suggest a way I can print the whole document.

Hi,

I had the similar problem sometime back.

What you can do, create a printable version of the page, on click of the print icon.

You need to write the customized code which will render the complete page on a separate pop up page as the print button is clicked. From that page, user can click again to print or you can call print on page load.
