ADS on EP6.0 SP2

We connected our ADS to our EP6.0 (Microsoft ADS (Flat Hierarchy) + Database)

When I create a new user from EP6.0, it appears as disabled in ADS and the description is "NO_USER_ACCOUNT".

When I search for the user with the userID, ep60 can't find it! (No User found) But when I search for name, the user is found and I can change it.

No login is possible with that user.

What went wrong?
