Hi All,
We wish to cater for the following scenario:
All purchase orders require a requisition AND
A framework order does not require a requistion
By using the Functional Authorization for Buyer - this would mean that the Framework Order also requires a requistion. how have other sites handled this scenario?
Hi Markjaneasl,
could you please explain in more details what is your goal, what have you checked, set up, in which transactions to achieve the desired results?
Would you like to set up a fast processing scenario in transaction OLME -> Environment Data -> Define Default Values for Buyers or what else you are trying to set up?
Thank you.
Regards,

Thanks Edit
goal is to have:
(a) all puchase orders require requistion (using functional authorisation for buyers). This will stop users creating purchase order directly.
(b) the ability to have framework order created directly by buyers without a framework requisiton.
The problem is we can't limit functional authorisation for buyers to a particular document type.
