We have process chain which has a process type Delete PSA request with Variant Setting as Delete Requests Older than 1 Day.
This was working fine earlier. But for last couple of days it is also deleting request for the same day as well. Can I know what can be the reason ?

Hi Uday ,
This Process Chain is scheduled to run at 3am in the morning.
Earlier it was a Meta Chain but in Mid January we made it a direct scheduling.
It worked fine for few days but then now the PSA deletion has become inconsistent.
Let us know how to identify the root cause of this inconsistent behaviour ?
Regards
Harshad

Hi,
Check in SE03 for this process chain whether any transport request is overwritting this process chain with new version.
If it is not check the time when this process chain is getting scheduled by looking into SAP system timing.
Thanks,
Uday Shankar.

Hi All,
Condition based PSA deletion for this particualr process Chain seems to be incosistent. After deleting the request for the same day (even with condition to delete requests older than 1 day) for last 3 days. Today it did not delete anything where as it should have deleted yeasterday's request(Older than one day). How to track / analyse this inconsistent behaviour to resolve this ?
Please give some inputs.
