Hi All,
whenever i tried to save any excel file from Portal(after opening and than Saving As), "Choose a Digital Certificate" window pop up with no certificate listed in that and it takes several clicks on either ok or cancel to close that pop up windlow.
Can anyone help me how to get rid of this issue. This issue only happening on my Production Portal and not on Quality/Dev/Test.
Any help will be appriciated

Hi Shweta,
Please verify the following:
1. You are using FQDN to access the portal.
2. The KM link used too is FQDN.
3. The KM Authorizations to the users
At times the issue occurs because of your firewall / VPN settings. Please verify that too.
