Appraisal status flow - how to?

Hello,

we are going to implement appraisals based on the older BSP solution and I have a question regarding the status flow.

Our process will be as follows u2013 one after the other, not in parallel:

The Employee will appraise himself

The Manager will appraise the employee

The Superior Manager will make nodes and send the appraisal form back to the manager

The Manager and the employee will sit together and make the final appraisal.

The Employee has the opportunity to decline the appraisal. If so, the form will go to HR otherwise the process is closed and the appraisal finished.

My first problem is: Who is Who?

I can configure the participants in the form configuration. But is the Employee the appraisee or a part appraiser? I donu2019t have a column u201CAppraiseeu201D in the layout, only part appraisers.

Is the Manager in his first appraisal step (not the final one) a part appraiser?

Second Problem: Status Flow?

I canu2019t find a standard workflow event to go from the last part appraiser to final appraisal. How do I configure the form when to go into the final appraisal status without a workflow event? Because to send out a mail to the final appraiser I need a workflow event.

Here are the workflow events I have:

If the employee and the manager are part appraisers in the first phase of the process. How do I configure when the part appraisal process is finished? I can only configure one Part appraisal status change (Push Button u2013 Target Status).

Many questions, I hope somebody can enlighten me.

Best regards,
