When I reprint a check (say 1000) and void tit too, system is voiding the Check 1000 (with the reason I give) and 1001 (saying test printout on its own) and pirnting with check 1002. I tried several times, it is same even when I am not test printing anything.
Hi Maurya
Yes I understand that it would void the check. The problem is as below
Check 1 - 1000 - which needs to be voided and next check (Check 2 - 1001) needs to be printed.
what is happening is as below:
After printing in T Code FCH7 - system is voiding Check1(1000) with the void reason code which I am giving, but Check 2 ( 1001) is automatically getting voided by the system as Test Printout and Check 3 (1002) is getting printed.
What system should do is Void Check1 and print on Check 2 but it is not the case..

Dear Siddharta,
offcourse it will reprint the next cheque number and void the previous one. Doesn't matter you are going for test print out only. The thing is that, that you are going for FCH7 (Reprint a cheque).
If you are going for test printout only then its better to go for FBZ5 (Print form for payment document), here you mention clearing document number and go on for test printout, as much time you wish the cheque no. will not change and no cheque will be voided, since you are going for FCH7, system understand that you want to reprint cheque with a proper void reason.
Thanks,
Maurya Shantanu.
