Communication Method and communication strategy in sending PO by FAX, Print

Hello

I want to send PO by FAX, printed out or by e-mail to the vendor. In vendor master data, I have the commnuication method which let me choose between those medium. Please can somebody guide me how to set up this in the system. The sap help notice told about communication strategy.

Hi,

select business obect icon,it will bring into two text box's , in upper one give information about details of po and all.

Bottam , select email id , fax ---etc , even u can send express message with sap screen and also attach the external file also then send it
