Is it possible to add a operation to the production order which is released and partially confirmed?

Requirement:

In a typical production process, total 5 operations are utilized. But due to one particular operation (Opr.30 -

filling) did not happen properly, which results in having additional operation (reheating), which needs

to be accomodated.

How to map the above process in SAP

Add manually the reheating operation In co02 in operation overview,

If this happens often, have this operation as the last operation with optional confirmation and with bare minum time and ask them to confirm based on the actuals.

But if this not desired, as said earlier you can always add operation even when the order is released
