Page N of M (when M is the total group pages)

1707 Views

Hello Everybody.

We have designed a report with several groups for printing invoices. In one report it is possible that exits more than one invoice. We have used the crystal formula "page N of M" but it works bad for us. For example:

- We have two invoices in the reprot.

- The invoice 1 is at group #1 and has 3 pages.

- The invoice 2 is at group #2 and has 2 pages.

When we print the report the page footer looks like this:

- For invoice 1: page 1 of 5, page 2 of 5 and page 3 of 5.

- For invoice 2: page 4 of 5 and page 5 of 5.

We want that page footer shows the next values:

- For invoice 1: page 1 of 3, page 2 of 3 and page 3 of 3

- For invoice 2: page 1 of 2, page 2 of 2

That is, we want that page footer print "page <actual group page> of <total group pages>".

Can anybody help us?

Best regards,

Marco
