Hi people,
Is there any way to generate xml stack for a ERP6.0 which you will be installing the EHP4 and there is no solution manager?

No, its not possible to generate a stack.xml file without solution manager as Solution manager reads your System's current patch level with RFC and then calculaes the target queue.

Yes, you should use solution manager to generate your system maintenance stack XML.
