Hi all,
i have a web template with 6 different hierachical context menues (six different characteristics). Drop down boxes are not allowed because the reporting department only works with the known hierarchies. One problem is: How can i pre calculate a template which contains "only" hierarchical context menues for navigation????? What is better - pre calculatind date or pre calculation of the HTML??? Well ist there a possibility to boost the performance if i use this items?
Thank you in advance,
Adem
Hi,
This is not possible for precalculated templates with precalculated data. As for precalculated HTML only normal drop-Downs are supported.
But you can use hierarchies in your control-Query. But for navigation you would need Drop-Down-Boxes
I would assume the best thing to boost performance is warm up the OLAP cache with the Reporting Agent.
