SMQS after System copy

Hello Guru's

1) After doing data refresh of the R/3 Quality system with R/3 Produnction ,we have to register the BW Development System(RFC) in R/3 Quality under QRFC Monitor(QOUT Scheduler T Code:SMQS)

But when we are doing that system is not taking the Host ID automatically...

We noticed that the Possible Resources for tRFC/qRFC are still pointing to BW Production.

What steps should we take to solve this.

We are facing the same issue in our BW system. Could you please let us know, how did you solve the problem?

Hi miguel,

We made the following changes:

1. In transaction WE20 I eliminated R/3 Productive System and created the Quality System;

2.In transaction SMLG changed the Logon Group to DEFAULT;

3. In transaction SMQS deleted destiny R/3 Productive System, created destiny Quality System and changed AS Group to DEFAULT.

With these changes the QRFC Resouces got consistent.

In order to fill Host ID in transaction SMQS in BW System line, we executed a new data loading.

The cause of our problem was in R/3 system, and I don't know if these steps can be applied to your problem.
