SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 RNOTIFUPDATE01

Hello experts!

I have specified several transaction types of Service Desk messages:

- SLFN

- YLFN

In the table dno_cust04 contain the next entries:

PROCESS_TYPE 0 YLFN

PROCESS_TYPE_ADD 1 SLFN

The type YLFN is used in solar01/02 projects (on the tab Problem/Messages)

The type SLFN is used for Support Desk messages.

I made the the interface to SAP backbone.

But when i run job RNOTIFUPDATE01 the system create the message with type YLFN instead SLFN.

There are any customizing for this?

I need the job RNOTIFUPDATE01 auto create the message with SLFN type.

All this types of message i am using.
