Problem starting Content Administrator

Dear All,

I am on WAS 6.4 Java preview version, facing problem which is within WebDynpro Tool applications. if I click on to go to Content Administrator in page http://localhost:<port>/welcome/welcome.jsp

I get following error within Error stacktrace:

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.repository.RepositoryException: Failed to load application 'com.sap.tc.webdynpro.tools.explorer.Explorer' from repository.

Any clues for overcoming this?

    Hi Sharad,

that doesn't sound good. Did you have problems during the installation of the WAS ? It seems, that the core deployment of the Web Dynpro runtime failed at least partially during installation.

    Please try the following:

    1. Open the visual admin at <installdrive>:\usr\sap\J2E\JC00\j2ee\admin\go.bat

    2. Login is Administrator + admin-password you defined during installation.

    3. Under the Server 0... node select Services->Deploy

    4. Select the "Application" radio button at the bottom.

    5. Check if there exists an application sap.com/tcwdtools

    Regards

    Stefan

      Hi Stefan,

      Thank You. For your support.

Sorry I was little bit impatient. I reinstalled the patch

      WebAS640SP3toSP5_Patch.

      This has solved my problem.
