No log on screen when accessing infoview locally

We have CRS 2008 installed on our server & I have the Client tools installed on my PC. When any of our users attempt to access infoview from local the log on screen is displayed with a blank box.

the error mesage in IE is :

I have checked that all the services are running, but am very new to CRS and not very technical.

What else should I be looking for to resolve this?
