C-Projects integration with SAP ERP

Hi,

In our system C-Projects is used alongwith PS and other modules of ECC. Earlier whenever a new project was started by the business a project code used to be first created in C-Projects. When this project code was "Released" and "Flagged to transfer" a project of the same code, description would then get created automatically in the PS module as well.

However this integration has stopped working apparently after we have done the support patch upgrades.

(so for e.g. project code created on C-Project after patching date does not seem to get created in PS module even if the code is released and flagged for transfer from C-Projects, although the status in C-Projects shows as Transferred).

Hi Rohan,

you are asking quite a general question that is hard to answer. I would

- check that the connectivity is working (RFC destination from cPro to ECC... assuming you have two separate systems)

- check for dumps

- analyze the controlling cockpit (transaction COCPCPR)

Hi Rohan,

is this the only message there? Normally there are additional messages telling you what exactly is wrong. that could be things like

- coding mask

- organizational data (KOKRS, BUKRS etc) not ok / could not be derived

- mandatory fields in PS are not filled
