Scheduled Reports Failed(no record in the instance manager)

We have a problem that at times none of our Scheduled Reports are triggered and no logs in the Instance Manager about any failures of these reports...

we have to restart adaptive job server to kick off those scheduled reports to run successfully and the issue is intermittent

any known issue?

which logs can explain what was the root cause for this problem?

issue is very much intermittent...monthly once or twice it occurs

10 |10000 characters needed characters left characters exceeded


Is Business Objects Intelligence Manager the correct tag?
