Hi Experts,
I need to activate the extractors for SAP Solution Manager - Service Provider Reporting
How to activate these extractors?
I Activate the Cubes and ODS, and instaled the Solution Manager Application
The extractors for Service Provider Reporting are E2E extractor, How to replicate these extractors in Solman System?

Maicon Neves
Jansi,
Thank you very much for your answers.
I readed the documentation, however I have some questions:
The E2E Extractord must be replicates in the Solman System? How to replicate E2E Extractor in the Solman System?
I activated in the BW System all Objects BI of Solman System, however don't appear anyway the E2E Extractors

Hello,
I think Jansi was saying that to get the reporting you need to install Solution Manager Diagnostics, so there is preparation for Solution Manager and the managed (BW) system that would be required.
Here is a link to the E2E Diagnostics BW Reporting: Which I am pretty sure what you'd use to create this "Service Provider" report, as this is not a Solution Manager standard report.
And if you look on page 4 under Section 2. Data Collection, you can see how the data is collected via extractors.
I am not sure what to make of " I activated in the BW System all Objects BI of Solman System", but it sounds like you are not following any setup guide.
I would recommend you get Diagnostics installled and configured. Once that is working, then setup E2E Diagnostics BW reporting, and then you can pull your data to create your report.
Jansi has already provided you the general link http://service.sap.com/diagnostics
Navigate to the Media Library for setup guides.
Hope this helps.

Hi
You can find all the needed document under
[https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/diagnostics|https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/diagnostics] and go to Media Library
where you can get documents like SMD setup, End-to-End Diagnostics - BW Reporting
Please check.
Thanks,
Jansi
