You can Import the entire IDoc structure in the IRepository. To do so, go to the component for the SAP system from where the IDoc definition exists.
In the tree structure for the component you will have an Import subtree. Right click this sub-tree & select Import RFC/IDoc. When the import is complete, you will have the entire IDoc structure ready to use.
