Error: Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315)

Hell Experts,

When i try to open or when i try to refresh dash board xcelcious report i am getting the error Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315).

I searched forum and service market place unable to find the exact problem.

Please let me know if any one face this issue and how to resolve it,

Hi shiv,

Can you please let me know how you fixed this problem ? I am also facing the same issue. I have only one Live Office object & 4 SAP BW connections.

Are you trying to refresh the dashboard in the INfoView or in the XCelsius Designer preview mode?

Which version of BO (incl. Fix pack and Service packs) do you use?

I am trying to refresh the dash board on the Infoview.

I am Using BO XI 3.1 with SP2 and FP 2.1 Update.

DO you have the XLF file of your dashboard?

Did this worked previously on the same system?
