Crystal Reports Add On version issue

I am getting the below message:

"Add-on Crystal Reports for SAP Business One: Add-on installation

failed because another version is already installed. Please ensure

that the version number is higher than the version previously

installed"

I have the Add-on Crystal Reports version 2.0.0.7, which I have downloaded from the SDN downloads.

How can I find the previous version of the Add-On, How can I unistall the version. Please guide.

I am working on

SAP Business One 2007 A SP:01 PL:10.

I also got an Reminder:

"Wrong Executable digital signature for Add-On".

Can you or anyone elaborate on this.

After the complete installation I am getting the below message.

"The new version of Add-on Crystal Reports for SAP Business One is

installed. Upgrade the Add-on in the current Common DB."

Please elaborate and the remedy

Yes the installation has been corrupted. Is this issue across all the clients.
