Client want me to configure for Budget carry forward to next year

Dear All,

Client want me to configure for Budget carry forward to next year.

I need to configure for carry forward of Budget to next year for 58-down payment request, 61-Down payment and 81-Fund Reservation.

Please advice how to configure.
