data archiving

Hi,

Im having problems with data archiving, I think I know where is the issue, anyone could confirm me it?

All the clusters must be closed (green) ? I ask it because I have anyones that are in red but I click continue all ok but in the percentages screen I cant continue to save the simulation for later run it in real.

Hi Antonio,

Only partners can report and log message to GSC. Since you are a customer, you have to go through your partner.

I was reading the sap notes and I found this one: 1381711

Symptom

Data archiving process fails due to DB corruption.

DB ID:003

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Go to: Administration -> Utilities -> Data Archive Wizard

2. Introduction to Data Archive Wizard window opens

3. Choose Next

4. On Wizard Options choose Start New Data Archive Run and hit Next

5. Choose Archived period and hit Next

Results:

1. Warning message appears on wizard window:

To continue with data archiving, contact technical support; see log for details

2. Data archiving process cannot be proceed.

SAP will provide a fixing query via GSC in order to solve described problem.

But I dont know how I could contact with GSC, I dont know whats that.
