Error in Object Imports

Hi All,

when I import IDOC/RFC object the error that appear is :

**Ready for import**

Import started...

SHPMNT.SHPMNT05: Error

+ Error: IDoc type SHPMNT05 contains errors (unable to read segments)

Import failed with 1 error

This error not appear for all object and if I change IDOC type the import work fine.

What can I do ???

For what kindoff scenario did you try importing SHPMNT05 idoc??

I think, you have to debug the inbound.

1. check the idoc no.

2. go to WE19, put in the idoc no. and press "standard inbound"

3. take the "function name" out and cancel

4. Press "inbound function module" and put in the function module name of 3.

5. Click "call debugging mode" and "in foreground"

6. enter

now you can debug the code.

HI,

I've just done the same import in our system and there is no error with this idoc which come from a R/3 4.7 system... Sorry..
