Service Entry Sheets and DIP Profile



I need some help regarding DIP profile issue -

I created a Service Master record and changed DIP profile to make "Activity number" as characteristic relevant and Mat Determination. I assgined the activity number to a material in the DIP profile

I create a Revenue service order and a standard PO (linked to service order). I did Service entry confirmation and can see the cost in service order. For some reason, DP90 is not able to read the "Activity Number" and corresponding material

I was reading the standard DIP pdf file and see that "Activity Number" is not relevant for source "Actual Cost". I am not clear with this

Any suggestions ?
