BCM Opening Connection Error


We often experience BCM opening connection error and we need to restart either BCM nodes or the BCM server itself just to get it worked again. how will i be able to get the crucial logs to solved this? this has been happening since SAP go live implementation and usually it happens for almost 4 to 6 times a month which is quite annoying. I hope somebody out there will help us to solve this issue.
