Problem in appraisal.

Dear All,

i have an issue in PMS appraisal document. 3 stages In-planning ,In -process in- review and sub status.

generally we have different status in PMS like,

inplanning pending with employee

pending with MRM

Pending with RM

same with in-process,in-review stages also.

my problem is... when i select an employee and after maintaining objectives,the satus is changing as pending with MRM,this is fine.

2.I dont have MRM here,directly i have RM,when i go to RM and check (RM has to give comments on employee here in this stage) the columns should be writable for RM,but it is in display mode instead of change mode.

what should be done now.

As you are using sub-statusses the normal column access definition is most likely not specific enough for you. Have you implemented badi HRHAP00_COL_ACCESS? Here you can specify what access should be available when (in which status/sub status) for whom.
