i have a requirement like one of my employee is working in india location...our company is decided to send him to US Location for a year...
Is this requirement comes under Organisational Reassignemnt.?
if it comes under org. reassignment where can i perform this activity... one more thing is i would like pay this employee for 2 locations on %25(In), &%75(US) basis...how can i perfrom this requirement...what type of actions i need to perform..
One more situation...my employee is send to US Location for a year of contract .....his pay $60k per year...what type of actions i need to perform in this situation....what is the status of the employee in India location ? when he sent to US Location.
