License key issue

Hi Experts,

I have a CRM system and I want to change the license key of it. When we look for a new license in SAP marketplace it asks for an installation number. But in my system in the installation field it is written an INITIAL. And in SAP market place we have a drop down in the installation number and does not has INITIAL as the option. Please help me in getting the installation number.
