HI All,

Is there any standard procedure to write mails to the client. If so, can any one provide me a sample procedure or the way it look like.

bex broadcaster is not going to help you.

it is only used to transmit bw report to users.

each client uses their own ticket tool. is such tool being used by your client.

From BW perspective,

you can only sent a auto mail to client when some event occurs in BW

like failure of process chain or batch job. etc.

apart from this you cannot sent any auto mails

There is no standard for writing a mail for the tickets...

Normally each client will follow different procedures some clients maintian their own ticketing tools. when comming to mails

we will first tell him the cause for the failure...

and the resolution once its resolved.
