Possilbe data-bases for EP 6.0

Hello,

which data-bases are supported for EP 6.0? I read that only MS Sql-Sever and Oracle 9.2 are supported, what about open-source MaxDB? Because the trial installation of SAP Application Server 6.40 is only with MS Sql-Server.
