forecast profile

Hi All,

I am new to Forecast concept in PP , Could you please tell me how to find which profile is running on sap forecast for perticular table for ex : S556 . what is the concept of profiles in forecasting...?

There's table as below :

MPRP

MAPR Material Index for Forecast

PROP Forecast parameters

PNUM1--Pointer: forecast parameters.

Thank you for your reply.

I have one more doubt , we are using forecast profile JDC4. How could we find that how the forecast is recalculated (whether it is currently recalculated on a monthly basis based on the correct historical sales history or not)?

Could you please explain me about this.
